By availing our AC service, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. Service will be provided based on appointment availability and subject to site access. The customer must ensure the unit is reachable and safe for technicians to work on. Any additional repairs, spare parts, or gas refilling beyond basic servicing will be charged separately. We are not responsible for damages caused by existing faults, power issues, or misuse of the unit. Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Warranty, if provided, covers only specific parts and does not include misuse or unauthorized tampering. The service provider holds the right to decline service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions. All payments must be made as per the agreed rate upon completion of the service. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
